Exhibitor Booth Registration

PLEASE NOTE: As of 4.24.17 all food vendor slots have been taken. Please email event@davispride.org to be added to the waiting list. We still non-food vendor spaces available.

An exhibitors booth is an excellent way to promote your business or organization, and to reach a diverse community of festival attendees.  The 2017 festival will take place on Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 11 am – 4 pm.

Use our online exhibitors registration portal to apply for:

  • non-profit, school or youth organization booths
  • for profit booths
  • food booths

Booth locations are assigned by the Davis Pride planning committee unless otherwise stated, no one may occupy adjoining booths (except sponsors), and food vendors are placed together in specific booths.

Booth Fees

Exhibitors fees for Davis Pride are based on: type of business/organization and any add-ons (booth structure; tables & chairs, etc.) requested by the vendor.  The Davis Pride planning committee will provide the following:

  • 10×10 Booth space
  • One 8’ table and 2 chairs
  • Electricity (if needed, for an additional cost)

   Your business will need to provide:

  • Shade structure, no larger than 10×10
  • Generator (if electricity is needed)
  • Fun and Interactive booth

Food Vendors – SOLD OUT

  • Single Space: $150.00

Non-Food Exhibitors – on or before Monday, May 8 at 5 PM:

  • For Profit, Non Food Vendor:  $100.00
  • Space Only:  $65.00
  • Not For Profit Organizations:  $50.00
  • K-12 School/Youth Organization:  Free (majority of the organizations work must benefit minors)

Non-Food Exhibitors – Late Registration – on or after Monday, May 8 at 5:01 PM:
NOTE:  Late applications will be accepted on a space available basis.  The below cost are in addition to EventBrite processing fees.

  • For Profit, Non Food Vendor:  $125.00
  • Space Only:  $90.00
  • Not For Profit Organizations:  $75.00
  • K-12 School/Youth Organization:  $25 (majority of the organizations work must benefit minors)
